I hope to teach at a school where the faculty works together as a team to help make students comfortable in any classroom setting. Communication is so important, and if the kids do not feel as if they have a safe environment to speak their mind, then that’s when behavioral problems begin and academic issues fester. As long as I am at a place where students come first, everything else will fall into place.
